Microwave on high until the chicken breast is cooked through and the sides are piping hot ⏱️ 2 minutes . Let stand for ⏱️ 1 minute . Drizzle the honey butter sauce over the chicken and mashed potatoes. Serve with the roasted zucchini and caramelized onions.
